Potato Wash is a new generation disinfectant to treat potatoes in order to reduce rot caused by organisms like Pectobacterium, which is the leading cause of rot that can be treated post harvest.
Potato Wash kills 99.999% of bacteria when used according to instructions including Pectobacterium and can be used to wash potatoes after harvest and hard surfaces where potatoes and other food are handled and processed.
Potato Wash is a broad spectrum disinfectant that can be used to inactivate bacteria associated with decay of potatoes.
