Chlorinated silicate alkali for butter churn cleaning
Churnchlor is a chlorinated and silicated liquid alkali. A moderately foaming, highly alkaline liquid formulation containing chlorine is the ideal soft metal-safe detergent for cleaning butter churns, automatic butter makers, trolleys, equipment and pipework.
Churnchlor has excellent removal properties for removing protein, fat and grease. Churnchlor contains silicates to help ensure sufficient slip on the butter maker surfaces and pipework after cleaning, making the pumping and extracting butter to the packing machines easier.
Churnchlor’s moderate foaming properties allow it to reach all internal surfaces for the required cleaning.
