Chlorfoam is a concentrated alkaline foaming detergent and is recommended for use in food and beverage processing plants for the foam cleaning of processing equipment walls, floors and the exterior surfaces of fillers.
Chlorfoam finds applications in beverage plants, abattoirs or dairies as a superior foaming, wetting and free- rinsing product, offering excellent water conditioning qualities.
The chlorine in Chlorfoam serves as a peptizing agent for proteins rather than a sanitizing agent. This enables the product to break down and solubilise proteinaceous scales on food contact areas.
