Duties and Responsibilities – inclusive, but not limited to:

  • Admin Support existing retail and distributor sales network in the management, sales, marketing and technical support of the Water Treatment Chemicals product line

  • Establishing and maintaining relationship with NutroChem Sales Team and distribution partners' sales representatives and expanding sales opportunities.

  • Providing technical support to customers and end-users and ensure proper use and application of products.

  • Drive communication (internal and external) within organization and through distribution partners in seamless fashion to deliver agreed upon strategies.

  • Create demand at the customer level, ensuring that the customer is knowledgeable about our products and has further interest in offered solutions.

  • Act as a steward of the Water Treatment Chemical portfolio by making recommendations and by managing complaints/issues in the field as needed.

  • Manage field trials.

  • Develop a profound understanding of customer needs via consultative selling, recognized expertise, and trust with customers, within assigned market area.

  • Regularly collect and report market intelligence and relevant value chain insights.

  • Accurate forecasting for distributors within territories.


  • Prior experience in Sales of Water Treatment Chemicals will be essential to the success of this position (minimum of 4 years in industry).

  • Knowledge on the treatment and maintenance on boilers, cooling towers, chillers, settling dams etc. will be required.


  • Field testing of water using basic test kits and equipment (pH, EC, phosphates etc).

  • Technical minded with acute level of accuracy.

  • Identifying, developing, and closing of new business opportunities.

  • Report writing skills.
