Harvest Wash improves and controls the microbial quality of the water, which offers surface microbial reduction on the produce, thereby extending the shelf-life.


Harvest Wash can be used to sanitize cutting equipment and the surfaces of cold rooms.


Harvest Wash can be fogged into cold room with produce in for control and reduction of spores that may be transmitted via the surrounding atmosphere.

Why choose Harvest Wash

  • It does not have any pH limitations.

  • Its disinfectant (sterilisation) capabilities are minimally diminished in the presence of soils and organics.

  • It is strongly soluble in water, therefore, its has a long-lasting residual which reduces the potential for cross infection or re-contamination

  • It is a broad spectrum, fast acting disinfectant, effective against a wide range of bacteria, spores, fungi, and viruses at relatively low concentrations and short contact periods.

  • No added colourants, has a mild medicinal odour, low corrosivity to metals and the lowest acute toxicity rating from the EPA.

  • Does not add taste taint or odour to produce.
